*We have been in this industry for 26 years. Our factory GJ Bush focus on auto rubber parts production and development since 1998. To provide customers one stop service, we start the trading business for sourcing other parts. Thanks for visiting our booth and let me take you look around.
Does your company has relative certificate for factory and products?
*Our factory have IATF 16949 certified by SGS, and we have also passed ISO 14001 to ensure the stable quality performance. Besides our products have CE certificate （bush) and REACH(shock absorber).

Product Scope & Production Capacity
How many products would you prouce per day?
*While we have two branches. This can allow us manage the prodcution efficiently and meet the clients demand in time.
For bushing,500K per month; for mounting, 300K per month
Which products do you produce yourself?
*We produce rubber bonded metal parts, rubber bush, rubber mount,strut mount, such rubber bonded metal parts.
How many days do you need to develop a new product?
*25 days orso after receving the samples/drawing.
Do you already have a local distributor?
*Yes, for some special items, we have distributor in Peru & Russia. We can check your samples or drawings if the product is different.
Can you provide the name of the partner company and other information?
*I am afraid not, because we have sign the Non-disclose-agreement with all of our agents and we can’t give the information without their approve. And I believe this is what you expect us to do if you were cooperating with us. Your understanding will be appreciated.
Do you have stocks, how long is the lead time?
*Generally speaking, the production lead time usually takes 45~60 days to make orders ready for clients, while it also depends on the product type, quantity and special requirement. When we have the specific details of your order, the estimated delivery time can be provide for your reference.
Product Quality & Technical Assurance
What is your products advantage?
*This product is newly designed and manufactured by our factory. After hundreds of tests and optimization, It was finally launched in the market 30 days ago with stable performance. So it can generates tension force of over 5000N, which is much bigger than most of the products on the market. And it can comes with color customized service with a nice price.
How do you control the quality?
*Thank you for your inquiry about our quality management. Our factory is IATF 16949 certified. We have the ability to use SPC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and APQP to control quality.
There are high standards for incoming material and finished product inspection, such as 100% identify the client’s assembly dimensions. Go-no-go gauge.
We value employee training and ensure that our employees are well-equipped to follow our quality standards.
What about the quality?
*Quality always comes first and our quality are at the top level in the industry. However, it is needed for new clients to buy a sample for check and test. Testing by yourself is much more practical than what we said.
How do you ensure the quality of the sub-factory?
*For OE products, 16949 is applied to our sub-supplier.
The product from B company looks better than yours?
*Our products are of high quality and have passed the strict IATF 16949 certification. The quality of a product cannot be judged solely by its appearance — its performance must be evaluated through a series of tests, such as rubber aging tests, push-out force tests, and durability tests.
what is ratio of product returns?
*Our defective return rate is very low and it is also different from channel to channel. Because some channels has no ability to day aftersales service and they prefer to have an unconditional return clause when start cooperation. The products is working, just need to replace some wearing parts or spare part. We need do the service for them. While for some big agent who has a professional after sale service team will provide the service for the clients.
OE-100% qualified;after-market-change the products accodingly, customized, such as modified cars.
How long is the warranty?
*Usually, we offer 12 months warranty for after market parts. However, for some OEM parts we specially develop for you, we can promise 3 years warranty or 60000 kilometers.

Could I have your product quotation?
*Sure. The quotation can be shared by mail soon once we know the products you are interested in and the specific requirements. It is better if you can provide the correct OEM part number and quantity, it will be much helpful for us checking quickly. Could I have your business card or email for contact later today?
What is the MOQ for your products?
*MOQ depends on the products,rubber bushing-500pcs, engine mount-200pcs, strut mount-200pcs, shock absorber-100pcs.
Sample Policy & Customization
Could I have a free sample for testing?
*As you know, the samples for this exhibition are limited to display for customers. However, you can tell me the part number you need, and I will check stocks after the fair.
Is it a customized service?
*yes, we have factory with OEM SERVICE. It is good chance for you to have a look at our product line and products quality control and see our teams.
Can you make exclusive molds and products?
*Yes, it is practical for our R&D team. while it takes long time for this process. We always suggest that we can start with the current products in the early stage. If you just need to focus on this products and avoid the market conflicts in the future,we can consider giving the exlusive mold protection to you, and both sides sign a contract based on the requirements and expectations.
Payment Terms
What about payment method?
*The payment term is 30% deposit in advance, and balance 70% before shipment. However, we are open to discussing and accommodating alternative payment arrangements based on the mutual agreement.
