Why Source Suspension from GSW?

OE Sourcing & Quality Partner Control
Unlike generic trading companies, our engineering team defines the material standards and production protocols. We are the Supplier that takes full responsibility for the final quality.

Expanded Application Coverage
We stock critical part numbers, including high-volume F250 Radius Arms, Ram 2500 Radius Arms, and difficult-to-find Super Duty Radius Arms.

Ready-to-Install Efficiency
Every Suspension Radius Arm we ship comes with premium, pre-installed bushings. This reduces installation time for mechanics and minimizes warranty claims for you.

Heavy-Duty Geometry
Our designs are optimized to handle the stress of heavy towing and are compatible with aftermarket Radius Arm Drop Brackets for lifted applications.
The Anatomy of a GSW Radius Arm
Every detail is engineered for load-bearing performance and safety. Using our UNA-212 model as an example, its design strictly follows engineering specifications to ensure stable performance under dynamic loads.

- Structural Steel Body: Crafted from High-Strength Low-Alloy (HSLA) steel. We utilize precision stamping and forming to ensure the arm withstands massive braking forces and axle torque.
- Precision Robotic Welds: Consistent weld penetration is non-negotiable. Our automated welding process eliminates porosity, ensuring our arms exceed standard Ford Radius Arm fatigue requirements.
- Integrated Bushings: We don’t just sell metal parts. Our control arms feature high-hardness rubber or polyurethane bushings that effectively isolate road noise and vibration.
Superior Corrosion Protection: Finished with industry-leading E-Coating to survive 720+ hours of salt spray testing, protecting against rust in harsh winter climates.
Customized solutions for different business application scenarios
Whether you are a large wholesaler or a professional fleet management company, GSW can provide solutions that perfectly meet your needs.
For Lifted Truck Specialists
Stocking parts for modified vehicles? Our arms are engineered to work seamlessly with Radius Arm Drop Brackets, helping correct caster angles on lifted Ford F-Series and Dodge Rams.

For Fleet Maintenance (Wholesale)
Commercial fleets punish their suspensions. Our heavy-duty replacement line features thicker wall construction to solve common failure points in 05 F250 Radius Arms and newer models.GSW is the preferred supplier for this type of model requirement.
For Private Label Brands
Need a reliable partner to expand your catalog? We offer complete Radius Arm Kits with custom packaging, labeling, and laser etching to build your brand identity.

The GSW Quality Assurance Protocol
As a OE Sourcing & Quality Partner for safety-critical suspension parts, we adhere to a strict quality control loop.

- Designed by GSW: Our internal engineers reverse-engineer OE samples to identify weak points (e.g., reinforcing the stress areas on Ram Radius Arms).
- Audited Production: We strictly vet our ISO/TS 16949 certified production partners. We define the process; they execute the manufacturing.
- Centralized QC: Every batch of Radius Arms must pass tensile strength testing, weld flaw detection, and CMM dimensional checks in the GSW laboratory before shipment.
Comprehensive Coverage for American Trucks

Tested for the Toughest Roads
To produce suspension radius arms that outperform general aftermarket parts, we hone the quality through more rigorous testing experiments.

- Fatigue Testing: Simulating 100,000 miles of load cycles to ensure no structural fractures occur.
- Weld Penetration Analysis: Cross-section cuts are analyzed to guarantee structural integrity at the joints.
- Compatibility verification: Conduct on-vehicle installation tests to ensure 100% compatibility with the original model’s radius arm bracket mounting points and other models from other years.
Trusted by Industry Professionals
Every client who has worked with us trusts us greatly, and 99% of them choose to cooperate with us long-term.

“We shifted our private label suspension line to GSW three years ago. Their Ram 2500 Radius Arms have the best finish in the market, and the pre-installed bushings save our mechanics huge amounts of time. A true Wholesale partner.”
— Mark D., Purchasing Manager, North American 4×4 Parts Distributor

“Sourcing reliable F250 Radius Arms used to be a headache due to inconsistent welding from other vendors. GSW’s strict QC protocols really show—we haven’t had a single return on their Super Duty line in over two years. The geometry is spot-on, making alignment adjustments straightforward for our technicians.”
— Carlos M., Owner, Heavy Duty Suspension Specialists (Texas, USA)

Tested for the Toughest Roads
To produce suspension radius arms that outperform general aftermarket parts, we hone the quality through more rigorous testing experiments.

- Routine Inspection: Recommend checking Radius Arms every 30,000 miles. Look for cracked paint (indicating metal stress) or degraded bushings.
- Symptoms of Failure: If a driver experiences steering wheel shimmy, “Death Wobble,” or clunking noises over bumps, the Radius Arm or its bracket is often the culprit.
- Alignment is Key: Whenever Radius Arms are replaced, a full four-wheel alignment is mandatory to reset the Caster Angle and prevent tire wear.

Frequently Asked Questions
Radius Arm vs 4 Link: What is the difference?
A Radius Arm suspension (standard on Ford Super Duty) uses a solid arm to locate the axle, offering superior stability for towing and highway driving. A 4 Link system offers more articulation for extreme off-roading but is more complex to maintain. For general heavy-duty use, the Radius Arm is the preferred choice.
Do your Radius Arms come with bushings?
Yes. All GSW Radius Arm Kits are supplied with pre-pressed bushings to ensure factory-spec performance and easy installation.
Can I use these arms with a lift kit?
Our standard arms are direct OEM replacements. For lifted trucks (e.g., 2-4 inches), we recommend using Radius Arm Drop Brackets in conjunction with our arms to maintain proper caster geometry.
